We are a Brigade made up of independent units, and individuals.

We require individuals, and units to attend at least 2 events a year as the Stonewall Brigade.

The Brigade is designed to offer maximum support to all that join.

Individuals

New military individuals to reenacting are required to join the 2nd VA for training. After training, a transfer request can be submitted for admittance into another unit.

All civilian reenactors are welcome and are encouraged to join!

Family

Families are also encouraged to join! We welcome the entire family into the Brigade!

Units

Units interested in joining the Brigade must use a Brigade Unit Designation when participating at a Brigade event.

At all other times a unit can operate independently with their own designation.

For Example: The 5th Florida Infantry will operate independently throughout the year, but at designated Brigade events they will be the 4th Virginia Infantry and take the field as such.

In addition, Brigade members and units support each other at non-Brigade events.

If the 5th Florida hosts their own event then they can call on Brigade members to support their event as the 5th Florida.
